This is the level and type of services applicable to filing lawsuits and/or pursuing individualized full-service legal representation. Individual services are billed on an hourly rate basis.

We are offering one-time modified fixed fee services at preset amounts for individual legal services, with specific actions, goals, and objectives being defined (a modified fixed fee essentially provides you a certain amount of work (in hours) for a fixed fee, after which a normal hourly rate applies). The following are the modified fixed fee service levels (contact us for further details):

Note: In all cases–flat fees and fixed fees are fully and entirely earned by attorneys once any legal services are begun or started for a client, on a flat or fixed fee basis.
